Mario Usera is the Chairman of the Board of Directors, President and Chief Executive Officer of the Bank. He has been President since 2006 and was named CEO in September 2013. He was named Chairman of the Board of Directors in February 2021 and has been a member of the Board since 2002. Prior to becoming CEO, he served as the Chief Operating Officer and Chief Financial Officer from February 2006 to September 2013. He joined the Bank on July 1, 1997. President Usera was a federal thrift regulator for more than 14 years before joining the Bank. He is a 1982 graduate of South Dakota State University and received a Bachelor of Arts degree (Commercial Economics and Journalism). He is also President, Chief Executive Officer, and on the Board of Directors for the Bank’s parent company.

Deborah A. Jones is Executive Vice President and Corporate Secretary of the Bank and Company and has been with the Bank since October 1977. She has served as a Director of the Bank and Company since November 2018. Previously she served as the Bank’s Treasurer from May 1982 to February 2006, as the Bank’s Vice President from July 1989 to October 2001 and as the Bank and Company’s Senior Vice President from October 2001 to January 2015. Her current duties include oversight of the retail banking operations, including branch administration. A native of Richmond, Va., she is a 1977 magna cum laude graduate of William Woods College in Fulton, Mo.

Craig Fischer is Senior Vice President and Treasurer. He has over 30 years of experience in the Banking and Financial Services field. He served as a Senior Bank Examiner for the Missouri Division of Finance for over 11 years and was a former CFO at another local bank. He earned his Bachelor of Science in Accounting and Finance degree from the University of Central Missouri in Warrensburg. He also attended University of Colorado for Graduate School of Banking.

Pamela Crow is Vice President and Compliance Officer/Internal Auditor. She moved to the Kansas City area in 2006 and was hired by the Bank. Prior to joining Clay County Savings Bank she had been in banking for 11 years in various positions such as Teller, Personal Banker, Assistant Branch Manager and Branch Manager. She was born and raised in Trenton, MO and attended Northeast Missouri State University in Kirksville, MO, where she received a BA in Mass Communications. Pamela also attended Webster University in St Louis and received her Master’s in Public Administration. After graduating from school she joined the Army and was an active duty officer. She received an honorable discharge at the rank of Captain.

Jackie Murtha is Vice President of the Bank. She has been with the Bank since June 2013 and has over 37 years of prior banking experience. Her duties include management of new accounts and teller staff at the main office in Liberty and overseeing all aspects of commercial accounts for the Bank. She has provided informational presentations to seniors on fraud, partnering with the Clay County Sheriff’s Department, the City of Liberty and the State of Missouri’s Department of Health and Senior Services. Originally from Sioux City, Iowa, she moved to Kansas City in November 1980. Ask her about that story – it has to do with the Royals and the World Series.
