If you’re ready to apply for a loan, here’s a list of the documents you’ll need to provide as part of your application. To speed up the loan process, you should collect all of these documents and bring them with you during your local application appointment.
Below is a list of documents you’ll need to provide during the loan process.
□ Copy of Purchase Contract, signed by all buyers and sellers, if purchase transaction (not necessary for pre-qualification or pre-approval)
□ Pay stubs covering the most recent 30 days, for all applicants (i.e.: this would be three pay stubs if you are paid every two weeks)
□ For example, if you are paid every two weeks, you would need to bring three pay stubs.
□ Form W-2 for the last two years for each applicant
□ Signed copies of the last two years personal and business Federal income tax returns
□ Bank statements for the most recent two months, for all checking and savings accounts (must include all pages)
□ Most recent quarterly statements for all investment and retirement accounts (must include all pages)
Other documents may be required. Clay County Savings Bank may obtain a credit report.
