• On April 24, 2020, Regulation D was amended to suspend the transaction limits on Money Market accounts. As a result, the Bank will not being assessing a service charge and unlimited transfers/withdrawals from this account will be allowed. At this time, The Federal Reserve Board does not have plans to re-impose transfer limits but may make adjustment to the definition of savings account in the future, if conditions warrant.
